Remember Steve Larsen

It is hard to believe that it has been almost a years since Steve Larsen passed away, leaving his wife and children behind. If you are a "lean, ultra-fit, health-conscious" athlete and think you are immune to cardiovascular disease and sudden death...you're wrong. At a minimum we should all get our bloodwork annually and see a Cardiologist for a workup as well. A couple hundred bucks is a small price to pay!
